Q4 2025

Under Reconstruction

During Q4 2025, ToolBench continued its steady operational growth and infrastructure development. The platform expanded from 25 to 27 active store locations, demonstrating continued adoption within existing client partnerships.

Development efforts during this quarter focused heavily on technical infrastructure improvements to prepare ToolBench for future scaling and hardware compatibility. Work began on a new PDF parsing system designed to support newer hardware output formats, as well as a new server backend architecture intended to improve data ingestion reliability and long-term system maintainability.

These initiatives position ToolBench for stronger performance and compatibility moving into 2026.

Creo Vita Studios Reports Major Growth in Q3 2025

Creo Vita Studios capped off a milestone-filled third quarter with both expansion and innovation. The company’s ToolBench platform has now scaled to 25 stores, while its growing ecosystem of apps from SOS to Compete Board to the upcoming Traffic continues to shape how stores track performance and insights.

Growth

ToolBench’s expansion to 25 stores marks a significant leap forward for the platform. Earlier in the year, Creo Vita Studios built its foundation with SOS, the first app on ToolBench. SOS provided daily tracking of store data, giving managers a clear picture of performance and operations. That baseline of reliable data made it possible for the company to launch Compete Board, which turned metrics into a competitive experience. When it debuted, Compete Board connected 15 stores on a shared leaderboard, and later expanded to include 10 more Kentucky locations transforming competition into a statewide event.

Innovation

Now, Creo Vita Studios is building on that momentum with Traffic, a ToolBench app focused on generating critical insights every day. While details are still emerging, the company positions Traffic as a data-driven tool designed to help stores make smarter operational decisions at speed. This evolution from raw data tracking (SOS), to performance competition (Compete Board), to insight generation (Traffic) showcases a deliberate expansion of ToolBench’s capabilities.

Looking Ahead

With 25 stores now onboard and a suite of apps defining its ecosystem, Creo Vita Studios signals strong momentum heading into the final quarter of 2025. More information on Traffic is expected in the coming months, and further ToolBench developments may be on the horizon.
